Maintain a suffi cient distance from heat sources such as hobs or ovens in order not
to damage the device. Do not place any naked fl ames, e.g. burning candles, in the
immediate vicinity of the device, mains cable or mains plug.

Danger of overheating! Never cover the device with cloths or something similar.
Avoiding Damage to Material, Property and the Device
■
In the interest of your own safety, inspect the device for damage each time before you
use it. Only use it if the device, mains cable and mains plug have no signs of damage!

Always place the device on a dry, even, fi rm and heat-resistant surface.
■
The device should only be used if it has been completely and correctly assembled!
■
Use only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
■
During operation, do not place any objects (spoons, knives etc.) into the openings of
the device.
■
The device is not suitable for constant use. Do not use it for longer than two minutes
without interruption.
■
Do not operate the device for a lengthy period without food.
■
Protect the device from heat, naked fl ames, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures,
moisture and collisions.
■
Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the device. These can
damage the surface.
■
Store the device in a dry place at temperatures of between 0 and 40°C out of the
reach of children and animals.
Notes on Hygiene
■
The device may contain production residues. To avoid harmful effects to your health,
clean the device thoroughly before you fi rst use it (see the "Cleaning and Storage"
chapter).

Clean the device after each use to prevent germ formation (see the "Cleaning and
Storage" chapter).
