Extraordinary maintenance is work which may be done only by a specialised technician.
For extraordinary maintenance, follow the instructions given in the table below.
MAINTENANCE PERIOD
Every 300 hours of operation
Every 500 hours of operation
At the end of the season or once a year.
(1)
If using treatment fluid with suspended abrasive particles, this inspection must be more frequent
(2)
Do not dump the exhausted oil, but dispose of it as required by the law.
(3)
On electric or IC units with the AR DUE pump, this must be done at same time as the pump oil change.
(4)
Replace all pump diaphragms at the end of the season even if they are not completely worn, especially
if you have been using very aggressive products.
(5)
This should be done with a torque wrench with reference to the torque values given in the exploded
parts diagrams for Annovi Reverberi products.
As regards extraordinary maintenance of the motor (IC version), follow the extraordinary maintenance
instructions given in the motor's manual.
The extraordinary maintenance period should be reduced if the trolley is subject to very heavy duty.
