2. SCOPE OF DELIVERY

4. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• The warning triangle indicates all instructions which are important for safety. Always follow these otherwise you could injure yourself or
damage the device.
• Children may not play with the device.
• Cleaning and user maintenance may not be carried out by children without supervision.
• Do not treat packaging material carelessly. This may become a dangerous plaything for a child!
• Only use this product for its designated purpose!
• Do not manipulate or disassemble the device!
• For your own safety, only use accessories and spare parts that are stated in these instructions or that are recommended by the manufacturer!
• If the frame holder is visibly damaged, safe use is no longer possible. The frame holder may thus no longer be used.
• Observe the speci cations and safety precautions in the instructions for your bicycle rack!
5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Open the knob nuts of the frame holder by rotating the key by 180° clockwise (Figure 2).
Remove the key.
Rotating the knob nuts anti-clockwise to open the frame clips. In doing so, push the head of the lock screw gently into the outer
frame clip (Figure 3).
Place the opened frame clips around the frames of the bicycles to be secured. Tighten the knob nut slightly by rotating
anti-clockwise. Align the frame holder so that the frame clips wrap the tubes of the bicycle frame well. Now tighten the knob nut
rmly. Only when the knob nut has been rmly tightened is it possible to lock the lock by turning the key 180° anti-clockwise.
The frame holder may cause minor pressure points on the bicycle frame and damaged to the paintwork. Protect the bicycle
frame, for example, using protective lm.
CAUTION
Before travelling, you must rst secure the bicycle in accordance with the instructions of your bicycle rack (tensioning straps,
safety strap etc.)
6. MAINTENANCE AND CARE
The frame holder is maintenance-free when used in accordance with the intended purpose.
Regularly lubricate the lock using a resin-free oil or graphite, especially after long journeys in the rain.
7. NOTES REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Please dispose of this device via the recycling bin or the public/municipal collection points.
The materials are recyclable. You make an important contribution to protecting our environment by recycling, material utilisation or other forms of reusing
waste equipment!
