TEMPERaTuRE control set too high.
unit connected to incorrect power supply.
Internal thermostat defective.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

ELECTRIC SHOCK HAzARD: Turn OFF power switch,
unplug power cord/turn off power at circuit breaker, and
allow unit to cool before performing any cleaning,
adjustments, or maintenance.
Change the temperature to a lower setting.
Contact an authorized Hatco Service agent or
Hatco for assistance.

Hatco for assistance.
allow unit 15–20 minutes to reach operating
temperature.
Change the temperature to a higher setting.
Make sure all drawers are closed completely.
Contact an authorized Hatco Service agent or
Hatco for assistance.
Move drawer vent to closed position.
Install and/or fill water pan with clean water.
Control level of moisture using drawer vents.
Move drawer vent to open position.
Remove water pan from drawer.
Plug unit into proper power supply.
Move POWER ON/OFF (I/O) switch to the ON
position.
Reset circuit breaker.
