TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
The motors do not turn on.
Dirty water vacuuming is insuffi cient or there is
no vacuuming.
The solution fl ow is insuffi cient.
The brushes do not turn.
The squeegee leaves marks on the fl oor.

This maintenance procedure must be performed by Clarke authorized Service Center.
For further information refer to the Service Manual, available at any Clarke Service Center.
SCRAPPING
Have the machine scrapped by a qualifi ed scrapper.
Before scrapping the machine, remove and separate the following materials, which must be disposed of properly according to the
Law in force (local guidelines):

Brush
–
Electrical and electronic components (*)

Refer to the nearest Clarke Center especially when scrapping electrical and electronic components.

Possible Cause
The power supply cable (10) is faulty or
disconnected from the electrical mains.
The recovery tank (16) is full.
The vacuum grid (15) is clogged.
The vacuum hose (21) is disconnected from
the deck (9) or is damaged.
The squeegees (12 - 13) are dirty or the
squeegee blades are worn or damaged.
The transparent cover gasket (15) is
damaged.
The vacuum system motor is damaged.
The solution fi lter (25) is dirty.
The driving belt is loosened or broken.
The brush motor is damaged.
There is debris under the squeegee blades
(12 - 13).
The squeegee blades (12 - 13) are worn,
chipped or torn.
Remedy
Replace the cable or connect it.
Empty.
Clean.
Connect or replace.
Clean or replace the squeegees.
Check and/or clean the seating surface or
replace the gasket.
Replace (*).
Clean.
Adjust or replace (*).
Replace (*).
Remove the debris.
Replace the blades.
