Safety Precautions

CAUTION!
• The system may be subject to malfunction when used in the presence of
electromagnetic interference. Do not locate the system in the vicinity of
other devices that possibly emit electromagnetic interference.
• CanalPro CL2 is designed for use by dental professionals only.

• Special care must be taken to maintain patient safety while in use.
• Read this user's guide thoroughly and understand functions of individual
components completely before use to help avoid undesired operation.
• Ensure that the CanalPro
to avoid undesirable operation from occurring.
• Before use perform a test run to ensure the system is working properly to
avoid undesirable operation from occurring.
• If any abnormal condition is detected including excessive vibration, noise
and heat while in use quit using the product immediately and contact
customer service. Use under abnormal conditions may result in injury.
• Ensure the handpiece is OFF before installing or removing a file to avoid
injury from occurring.
• Do not lubricate the handpiece. This may result in improper operation.
• Both the handpiece and charging base should not be sterilized. Equipment
may be damaged by the sterilization process.
• Do not use organic solvents to clean handpiece or charging base. Organic
solvents may cause damage to the equipment.
• For follow-up service or spare parts contact customer service.
• Do not expose the product to dust, sulfur or salt to avoid equipment
damage.
• Use recommended (rotary) files only. Use of non-recommended files may
lead to undesirable results.
