TROUBLE SHOOTING
CAUSE
The internal battery is discharged or the
power cord is not plugged into a working
wall socket or not plugged into the power
socket on the back of the loudspeaker.
The 3.5mm cord/input cable/signal cable is not
correctly connected to either the loudspeaker
or the music player.
The volume level is too low on the
loudspeaker.
The volume level is too low on the music
player.
The volume level is too high.
The original sound file (mp3) is of poor quality.
Excessive playback volume.
Too much bass/treble boost.
Clipping when the amplifier runs out of
power.
Interference from another source or
electronic device.
