Electrical Connection
To properly install your Fabric Freshener, you must determine the
type of electrical connection you will be using and follow the
instructions provided for it here.
The Fabric Freshener should be connected to a 120 volt,
60 Hz, 15- or 20-amp fused 2 prong polarized outlet.
Electrical consumption: at $0.04 (approximate) per cycle,
150 cycles per year = $6 per year (approximate). Usage and
costs may vary.
The Fabric Freshener uses just under ¹⁄₂ kwh. Maximum amp
draw is limited to 80% of a 15-amp circuit, or 12 amps, at
120 volts. 80% is equal to 1,440 watts of 1,800 watts
available on a 15-amp circuit. If house wiring is less than
120 volts, available wattages may be lower. Usage and costs
may vary.
