10. Operation
a) Setting the Operating Mode
The effect light can be controlled with the integrated controller or with an external DMX controller. Additionally, it
can be used as a master device with integrated controller to control other connected DL-LED107S-UV spotlights
synchronously in master-slave operation, or as slave device via the controller of another DL-LED107S-UV spotlight.
The DMX signal takes precedence. Once the corresponding signal is pending at the DMX IN input, the
device will switch to DMX mode. If no DMX signal is pending at the input, the device will switch back to the
originally chosen mode (selection via the function buttons on the rear of the device).
If you want to use the DL-LED107S-UV spotlight as a standalone device in sound mode or NASt-mode
(permanently lit), you need to choose the master setting at the device for this. On this, see the item "Master
Mode". This is not possible if you have chosen the slave setting at the device.
Use the LED display and function buttons FUNC, (FUNCTION), DOWN, UP and ENTER to set the operating mode.
• Push the button FUNC until the desired mode is displayed.
• Press the ENTER button to confirm your selection.
• Select the desired setting with the UP and DOWN buttons.
• Confirm your selection again with ENTER.
The saved setting is accepted by the device approx. 15 seconds after the ENTER button is pushed.
The effect light is off during this time.
• The button FUNC can be pushed at any time in order to leave the setting mode.
• The setting of the display orientation (dISP; dSIP) is an exception here. Select the mode here using the FUNC button.
Then press 2x the ENTER button to change the setting.
