Pull the inner cutter carrier away from the inner cutters (Fig. D).
•
Thoroughly brush hairs from the inner and outer cutters. Rinse out
remaining debris (Fig. E).
•
Place the inner cutter carrier back into position and lock into place
(Fig. F-G).
•
Align the spring hinge into the slot at the back of the hair pocket and press
into place. Snap the head assembly closed.
, WARNING:
Detatch the hand-held part from the supply cord before cleaning in water.
Shaver heads suitable for cleaning under an open water tap.
, CAUTION
•
Do not submerge in water as damage will occur.
•
Shaver heads can be rinsed with water. The water temperature should
not exceed 70 degrees. Unplug the shaver before cleaning with water.
•
Keep the adaptor and cable dry.
, CLEANING THE TRIMMER
•
Lubricate the teeth of the trimmer every six months with a drop of sewing
machine oil.
BATTERY REMOVAL
•
The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
, DANGER: Once the shaver has been dismantled for disposal, do not attempt
to reassemble and/or use.
•
Unplug the shaver.
•
Remove the head from the shaver (Press release button and pull head
straight away from the shaver body).
•
Using a small screwdriver, pry front cover from the shaver.
•
Remove the 4 screws located on the front of the shaver (Fig. H).
•
Remove rear cover from inner housing to expose batteries (Fig. I).
•
Pry batteries free from circuit board and cut wires (Fig. J – K).
•
Dispose of battery properly.
