To obtain the optimal benefits from using your infrared massager, please read the instructions for use
carefully before operating the device, keep them for further reference and make them available to other
users also.
Worth knowing
Massage can be recommended in the framework of all forms of health care, fitness and training. Besides
increasing general well-being, it is helpful in muscle aches, muscle tension, circulatory disorders and
feelings of fatigue.
The additional warmth of the infrared lamp reinforces the massage effect not only by warming the surface
of the skin but also by promoting the circulation. That way the deeper layers of the tissues and muscles
are also reached.

IR heat / IR heat massage
Slide the switch to 'W' to heat up the massaging surface. This then begins to light up. After a few mi-
nutes, it is heated up and ready to use.
Caution: If the massaging surface is heated up for a long time without coming into contact with the skin,
the temperature could be unpleasantly high for you. Therefore, before using, test the temperature of the
massaging surface with your fingertips. If the surface is too hot, it may be cooled down by briefly swit-
ching off the IR heat.
All parts of the body can be reached easily thanks to the pi-
voted joint of the massaging head and the possibility of ad-
justing the angle of the handle. The handle can be adjusted
to 4 different settings by pressing the knob (Fig., no. 2).
When the massaging surface is at the correct temperature,
move the switch to 'W + M'. You may then start the IR heat
massage.
