In particular conditions (very hot and humid weather, or
presence of foods emitting a lot of humidity) the set cycles
cannot be suffi cient to defrost the evaporator completely,
then you carry out some manual defrosting pressing the
key
for 5 seconds.

All cabinets are equipped with an automatic system for
evaporation of defrost water.
If defrosting conditions are not present (for example the
evaporator probe temperature is higher than defrost stop
temperature), the display will blink 3 times, in order to
indicate that the operation will not be performed.
The realisation of the manual defrost clears the interval
for the next defrost.
At the end of defrosting there is a "dripping time", with
standstill compressor, then the compressor starts, but fans
start only when the evaporator is cold.

TEMPERATURE ALARM

When the cell temperature (shown on the display) rises
more than 10°C above or drops more than 5°C below the
SETPOINT, a buzzer a warning light

These alarms are not active:
for 5 hours after switch-on or a power failure;
for 2 hours after defrosting;
for 90 minutes from the alarm.

ERROR/ALARMS MESSAGES
The alarm condition is always signalled by the buzzer (if
present) and by the icon
The thermostat provides the display of error massages
(alarms):
"E1" for alarm deriving from compartment probe fault;
"E2" for alarm deriving from evaporator probe fault.
Other signalling alarm are not shown on the instrument
display, but from the "Machine status" menu with the "AL"
folder. The signals for maximum and minimum alarms do
not appear on the instrument display but are viewable
on the "machine status" menu in the "AL" folder, with the
label "AH1" or "AL1".
