INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT T201
Please read these instructions carefully before installing the control unit.
Improper use or a connection error could jeopardise correct operation of the product and endanger the
end user.
DESCRIPTION OF PARTS (Fig. 1)
1) Terminals for the connection of the mains supply
2) Line fuse 230V 6.3A (5x20)
3) Optional anti crushing board MAS200
4) Terminals for the connection of the courtesy and flashing lights
5) Terminals for the connection of the motors
6) Low voltage fuse 24V 2A (5x20)
7) Photocell test (see FOTO-TEST section)
8) Programming LED (L1)
9) Terminals for the connection of the antenna and radio receiver, second channel
10) Motor 2 encoder input terminal board
11) Motor 1 encoder input terminal board
12) Connector for OC receiver hook-up
13) Connector for the card receiver
14) Dipswitch functions
15) Control unit reset, momentarily short-circuiting the 2 pins resets the unit.
16) Control input status warning LED. LED on = input closed
17) Terminals for the connection of controls and safety devices
18) Jumper Jp1 to cut out motor power control and soft-start (see POWER CONTROL section)
19) Trimmer for motor power control
20) Step-by-step button (P/P)
* This STOP button must never be considered a safety device, but exclusively a service function to facilitate
tests during installation.
CHARACTERISTICS
The control unit is equipped with:
- one encoder input for each motor
- electronic torque adjustment
- programmable motor deceleration
- photocell operation monitoring (Photo Test)
- self-diagnosis of motor control (Triac Test)
- anti-crushing system preset (optional module MAS200)
