11. Troubleshooting:
Problem
The Mini Jumpstarter does
not start up my vehicle
The units is not supplying any
power to the devices
connected using the USB
ports.
Possible Cause
The clamps are not
connected properly.
The internal battery is not
recharged.
The ambient temperature is
less than -10°C.
The internal battery of the
MiniJumpstarter is above
55°C.
The voltage of the vehicle's
battery is above 15 volts
(24 volts).
The voltage of the vehicle's
battery is below 2 volts.
The temperature of the
MiniJumpstarter is too low.
The vehicle's battery is
faulty.
The Mini Jumpstarter is not
switched on.
The internal battery of the
Mini Jumpstarter is not
recharged.

Solution
Check that the clamps are
properly connected and
make sure that the
connection points are clean.
Check the charging
condition of the internal
battery and then recharge it
if necessary.
Carry out several start-up
attempts in order to warm up
the internal battery of the
Mini Jumpstarter.
Place the unit in a well-
ventilated place in order to
cool the battery down.
You cannot use the Mini
Jumpstarter for this type of
vehicle.
Use the "Override" mode
to start up the vehicle (see
chapter 8).
Carry out several start-up
attempts in order to warm up
the internal battery of the
Mini Jumpstarter.
Check the condition of the
vehicle's battery.
Press the power supply
button for 2 seconds.
Check the charging
condition of the internal
battery and then recharge it
if necessary.
