OPERATION,
HOT LAMINATION
Connect power cord to appropriate power
source.
Always run pouches with a carrier to prevent
pouch adhesive from oozing onto the rollers.
Failure to use the correct carrier will result in
poor lamination or cause possible damage to
the machine.
1. HeatSeal 100: Push the switch to "Hot."
HeatSeal 200/300: Select either 3 mil or
5 mil setting to match the thickness of the
pouch being used. Slide the power switch
to "On." The inside of the machine will
glow red when the laminator reaches
lamination temperature.
2. Center the item to be laminated into a
GBC laminating pouch, so that the
borders are even on all sides.
3. Insert the pouch with the item, sealed-
edge first, into the carrier that is included
with each carton of GBC pouches.
Position the sealed edge of the pouch
against the inside folded edge of the
carrier.
4. Insert the carrier and its contents straight
into the machine, leading with the folded
edge. Handle carriers carefully so that
they can be reused.
5. The laminated item will automatically exit
the rear of the pouch laminator. After the
pouch has stopped moving, place the
carrier on a flat surface to cool for one
minute before removing the finished
pouch.
6. If you are finished laminating, then move
the switch to the "off" position.

PLASTIFICATION A CHAUD
Branchez la prise sur une source de courant
appropriée.
Utilisez toujours un transporteur afin d'éviter
que la colle de la pochette n'adhère aux
rouleaux. L'utilisation d'un transporteur non

1. HeatSeal 100 : Appuyez sur le

HeatSeal 200/300 : Choisissez soit 3 mil
ou 5 mil selon l'épaisseur de la pochette
utilisée. Positionner l'interrupteur sur
"Marche." L'intérieur de la machine brillera

atteint la température de plastification.
2. Centrez le document à plastifier dans une
pochette GBC de façon à ce que les
bords soient alignés de chaque côté.
3. Insérez la pochette contenant le
document, côté fermé en premier dans le
transporteur fourni avec chaque boîte de
pochettes GBC. Positionnez bien le côté
ferme de la pochette à l'intérieur et
contre le côté plié du transporteur.
4. Introduisez le transporteur et son
contenu dans la plastifieuse, bord plié en
premier. Manipulez le transporteur avec
précautions afin de pouvoir le réutiliser.
5. Le document plastifié ressort
automatiquement à l'arrière de la
plastifieuse. Dès qu'il est arrêté, retirez le
transporteur et laissez le refroidir une
minute sur une surface plane avant
d'ôter le document plastifié.
6. Si vous avez terminé votre plastification,
positionnez le commutateur sur "off"
(arrêt).
