Leggete attentamente le istruzioni di seguito riportate, e conservatele in luogo
sicuro per future consultazioni.

Prima di qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione, indossate sempre guanti e
occhiali protettivi.
Utilizzate ricambi originali forniti solo ed esclusivamente dalla Fac Michelin
S.r.l.
• Controllare che le misure del movimento centrale corrispondano con quelle
della vostra scatola movimento. Le misure della scatola telaio con le tolleranze
corrette sono illustrate nelle istruzioni
• Controllare attentamente che la scatola movimento del vostro telaio sia
stata fresata correttamente in modo tale da avere le pareti di appoggio
perpendicolari alla sede delle calotte.
Attenzione, una scatola movimento non correttamente fresata, pregiudica il
corretto funzionamento e la durata del movimento.
• Lubrificate entrambe le calotte nella zona di interferenza del telaio
• Infilate leggermente la calotta destra nella parte destra del telaio
• Infilate il distanziale centrale dal lato sinistro
• Infilate ora la calotta sinistra
• Inserite l'utensile nel foro della calotta destra.
• Avvitate l'utensile nella guida calotta sinistra fino ad appoggiarvi alla calotta
stessa.
• Ruotate in senso orario la leva dell'utensile fino a portare in battuta entrambe
le calotte.
• Assicurarsi che il distanziale interno sia posizionato correttamente
• Controllare la scorrevolezza del movimento
Il ciclo di vita utile del nostro movimento centrale è determinato dal ciclo
vitale dei cuscinetti.
Un movimento centrale con cuscinetti danneggiati può rompersi ed essere
causa di incidenti, lesioni gravi o mortali.
Non lavate i componenti con acqua a pressione poichè può oltrepassare
le guarnizioni ed entrare all'interno dei componenti e arrecare danni
irreversibili. Vi consigliamo di effettuare il lavaggio dei componenti con una
spugna, acqua e sapone neutro.

If you have any doubt whatsoever your service-repair ability, please take
your bicycle to a qualified repair shop.
Before any maintenance operations, always wear gloves and protection
glasses.
Use original spare parts exclusively provided by Fac Michelin S.r.l.
• Beforehand please check compatibility and measures of the frame with the
bottom bracket you trying to assemble. The measurements and tolerances of
the frame bottom bracket shell are found in the Miche instructions.
• Carefully check that the frame bottom bracket shell has been "faced" to the
correct tolerances.
Attention a bottom bracket shell which has not been "faced" correctly
will impair the correct operation of your Miche bottom bracket and also
accelerate the wear of its bearings.
• Grease both shells of the bottom braket before insterting into the frame.
• Slightly insert the right shell of the bottom bracket into the right side of the
frame
• Insert spacer from left side
• Then insert the left shell.
• Insert the tool into the left shell and tighten till the tool leans onto the shell
itself.
• Turn clockwise till you bring both shells in contact with the frame.
• Insure the internal spacer is positioned correctly.
• Check the movement of the bottom bracket fluid.
The useful life of this bottom bracket is determined by the life cycle of the
bearings.
A damaged bottom bracket may break unexpectedly resulting in an accident,
personal injury or death.
Never wash the pieces with pressure-fed water because water may get
through the seals and cause permanent damage to the internal components.
We recommend washing components with a sponge, mild soap, and water.

• Contrôler que le filetage de la boite de pédalier de votre cadre soit le même
que celui des calottes fournies dans le boîtier en votre possession.
• Les cotes de la boite de pédalier du cadre avec tolérances exactes nécessaires
sont illustrées dans le instuctions Miche.
• Contrôler attentivement que la boite de pédalier de votre cadre ait été fraisé
