POSSIBLE CAUSE
After the pump starts, the pump
body does not fill with water
Insufficient tightness of the suction
hose
The filter screen of the non-return
valve of the sucking inlet is blocked
The air can't be released from the
pressure hose because the water
outlet is closed
The waiting time does not
correspond to the regulations
Excessive suction head (>8m
The non-return fails to suck water
No power supplied
The ventilator hood obscures
rotation of the vane
Fan blocked
Excessive suction head (>8m)
The filter screen of the non-return is
blocked
The suction water level lowered too
much
Impurities have reduced the
effective capacity of the pump
Over-load of the electric motor due
to friction caused by impurities
entering the motor
No non-return valve installed on the

REMEDY
Fill the pump with water
Check the recommended and used pans
and components of the pump, e.g. joint
of the suction nose, joint of the pressure
hose, clamping ring, suction hose, etc.,
including screw sealing strip made from
Teflon or hemp cord. The pump can
work only when well sealed
Clean the non-return of the sucking inlet
and the filter screen
When the pump starts sucking, open the
water outlet (e.g. the tap. sprinkling
nozzle etc.)
Fill the whole suction hose with water, or
recheck it at least 7 minutes after the
pump starts
Reduce the suction head
Check the water level of the well or the
water pool. If possible, increase the
length of the suction hose.
Check the power supply
Pull out the power plug, remove the
ventilator hood with a screwdriver, then
reinstall it again by slightly rotating the
vane and check to see if it rotates freely
Pull out the power plug, move the shaft
with the screwdriver through the
ventilator hood. If the shaft is blocked,
send it to a service center for inspection
Check the suction head
Clean the filter screen
Immerse the non-return in deep water
Wash the shell of the pump, the suction
hose and the outlet pressure hose with
pressurized water
Wash the shell of the pump with
pressured water
Check to see if a valve is installed on the
suction hose
