(4) Plunge the saw until it stops and release
the switch interlock. The saw remains in
this position.
(5) Press and hold the arbor lock and rotate
the blade until the lock engages.
Continue to hold the arbor lock.
(6) Using the large hex wrench stored in the
forward grip, remove the arbor screw and
flange washer.
ATTENTION
The arbor screw has left-hand threads. Turn it
clockwise to loosen.
(7) Remove the blade, install a replacement,
and replace and tighten the flange
washer and arbor screw.
(8) Press and hold the switch interlock
and push down on the saw to release
the plunge lock.
(9) Release downward pressure and return
the saw to full-up position.
(10) Return the blade-mode selector to the
Cut mode.
ATTENTION
Install the blade with the teeth oriented for clockwise
rotation when viewed from the blade-side of the saw. Tooth orientation
must match the blade-rotation indicator arrow on the saw
