Jumper B:
Jumper set to 1 = Advance warning A short „CHIRP" signal sounds every two seconds during the entry
Jumper set to 2 = Silent alarm
Note:
The default factory setting is position 1.
Jumper C:
Jumper set to 1 = (N.O.) open
Jumper set to 2 = (N.C.) closed
Note:
The default factory setting is N.O. - Jumper C is set to 1.

Back-up battery

You need to insert a new 9 V alkaline battery into the battery clip; this ensures that the alarm set remains active in the
event of a power failure. Always make sure that the poles are aligned correctly. („+" and „-")!
The back-up battery only supplies the alarm system with power if the mains power supply fails. The relay contact
(RELAY O/P) does not apply in this case.
If the battery's power is low, a „chirp" warning signal sounds at five second intervals. This occurs if:

The battery is running out of power

There is no battery in the clip
Batteries must be kept out of the reach of children.
Make sure that the polarity is correct when inserting the batteries.
The batteries must not be short-circuited nor thrown into fire nor reloaded. In these cases, there is a
risk of explosion.

The relay contact (RELAY O/P) is open. If there is an alarm, the circuit
closes and the attached piezo siren sounds.
The relay contact (RELAY O/P) is closed. In the event of an alarm, the circuit
opens. This function is used to activate another alarm system or another sig-
nal unit with its own power supply.
