Home mode

The LED lights up to show that the system is in HOME mode.
Only the magnetic contacts are active. The PIR motion sensor is inactive.

Away mode

This LED lights up to show that the system is in AWAY mode. Both the magnetic contacts and the PIR motion
sensor are active.
Walk test / status display
The LED lights up for two seconds as soon as the sensor detects any movement during the walk test. This LED
also displays the status of the magnetic contacts. The LED is continuously illuminated if any contact in the loop
(magnetic contact) is faulty. The LED does not light up if the alarm is activated.

IR receiver

The infrared (IR) receiver picks up command signals from the IR remote controls. Always make sure that the IR
receiver is not covered.

Battery compartment/connection terminals

Inside the battery compartment, there is a clip for a 9 volt battery along with the terminal connections, the
jumpers and the coding bar.

1. Alarm function:
2. Advance warning:
3. Battery indicator:

Mounting

You can mount the alarm system either on a wall or in a corner (minimum height: 1-2 m above the ground).
There are various different fastening possibilities on the back of the sensor, giving you a range of mounting
options. The holes in the rear of the sensor housing (which can also be used as a template for drilling the holes
in the wall) make it very easy to mount the sensor on the wall. The attachment holes on the side of the hous-
ing enable you to mount the sensor in a corner. The battery compartment cover includes holes for the connec-
tion cables to pass through. These holes are pre-punched - all you need to do is carefully punch them out.
When mounting the sensor, make sure to use suitable tools, screws and rawlplugs (dowels).
20
The alarm sounds continuously until the alarm set carries out an automatic „RESET".
There is a short „CHIRP" signal at one to two second intervals during the entry delay.
When the 9 V battery (emergency power supply) is running out of power, there is a
„CHIRP" signal every five seconds. To ensure optimal operation, we recommend that
you change the battery as soon as you here this signal.
Once the exit delay has elapsed and the alarm is fully activated, you will hear a short
„CHIRP" signal.
