IR remote control
Two IR remote controls are included with the sensor.
Note:
Each of the IR remote controls uses four alkaline 1.5 volt coin cells (type: LR44, or A76, or V13GA). As soon as
you notice a reduction in the remote control's range, you should change the batteries. Unscrew the back of the
remote control and carefully remove the back panel. Insert four new coin cells with the poles correctly aligned,
replace the back panel and screw it back on again.
Batteries must be kept out of the reach of children.
Make sure that the polarity is correct when inserting the batteries.
The batteries must not be short-circuited nor thrown into fire nor reloaded. In these cases,
there is a risk of explosion.
Coding
Each coding contains an eight-digit code. This results in 6,561 possible combinations. The control unit and the
key must have the same code for you to be able to operate the system.
HOME
If you press this button, the alarm system operates in HOME mode -
magnetic contact surveillance only
AWAY
If you press this button, the alarm system operates in AWAY mode -
full surveillance
OFF
If you press this button, the alarm system is completely deactivated
PANIC
Both the HOME and AWAY buttons function as the alarm system pan-
ic buttons. Press and hold down either of these buttons for two sec-
onds and the alarm will sound, regardless of whether it is activated
or not at that moment.
