Particolari applicazioni dei ventilatori richiedono talvolta specifiche necessità manutentive, soprattutto nei casi in cui
il ventilatore è attraversato da aria molto polverosa o è adibito al trasporto pneumatico di materiali di varia natura. La
girante si può sporcare progressivamente, a scapito delle prestazioni e dell'equilibratura. È perciò opportuno che,
in questo caso, se ne verifichi periodicamente lo stato attraverso l'apposito portello di ispezione (nel caso in cui il
ventilatore ne sia dotato) o attraverso la smontaggio di una parte della condotta. Qualora si rendesse necessaria
la rimozione della girante si proceda allentando i dadi che fissano il boccaglio alla fiancata del ventilatore per poi
rimuoverlo. Togliere la vite e la rondella che bloccano la girante all'albero, quindi sfilare la girante dall'albero aiutandosi
con un estrattore di dimensioni adeguate alla massa da estrarre. Prestare molta attenzione alla movimentazione
di grosse giranti e prevedere sostegni all'uscita prima di ultimarne l'estrazione. È possibile che tra il mozzo
della girante e l'albero si formi dell'ossido che renda difficoltosa l'estrazione della girante. Se dovesse verificarsi tale
eventualità è necessario iniettare del disossidante nell'intercapedine ed attendere qualche ora prima di riprovare ad
estrarre la girante. Per il montaggio procedere in modo inverso:
- lubrificare adeguatamente albero e foro
- inserire la girante sull'albero considerando che il calettamento non deve essere forzato, ma deve avvenire con
la sola spinta della vite di bloccaggio
- in caso di durezze controllare che sia tutto ben pulito e che non si siano formate bave o ammaccature, è severamente
vietato molare.
Un'ammaccatura o una caduta anche se non presentano apparenti deformazioni PROVOCA SQUILIBRIO.
Le vibrazioni oltre a quelle ammesse o tollerate possono con il tempo favorire il collassamento della struttura.
In questo caso diventa necessaria la riequilibratura della girante. Tale operazione può essere eseguita inviando la girante
stessa presso Moro S.r.l. tramite il rivenditore di zona o direttamente in sede previa informazione telefonica.
Moro S.r.l. provvederà se possibile alla riparazione, oppure alla sostituzione.
Qualora l'acquirente o chi per lui decidessero di eseguire l'operazione di equilibratura presso altri centri, diversi da
Moro S.r.l., i parametri da seguire sono quelli al capitolo 13.
Qualora sulla girante si presentassero problemi di tipo strutturale quali crepe, usura o deformazioni permanenti non
è possibile la riparazione, è quindi necessario la rottamazione e la sostituzione della girante stessa.
In ogni modo consultare il servizio tecnico Moro S.r.l. prima di effettuare operazioni diverse da quelle elencate.
The particular applications of fans sometimes require specific maintenance needs, above all when the fan is passed
through by very dusty air or is assigned to the pneumatic transport of materials of different nature.
The wheel can be progressively clogged to the detriment of performance and balancing.
Thus it is suitable that its state is checked periodically also through the provided inspection door (if the fan is equipped
with it) or disassembling a part of the pipe.
If it is necessary to remove the wheel, loosen the nuts fastening the nozzle to the fan side and remove it.
Remove the screw and the washer securing the wheel on the shaft and put a protection washer on the shaft end; thus
extract the wheel from the shaft by means of a puller.
Be careful to the handling of big wheels and provide supports at the outlet before carrying out the extraction.
Oxide can form between the rotor and the shaft making difficult the removal of the rotor. In this case it is necessary
to inject deoxidizer into the space and wait for a few hours before trying to remove the rotor.
For the assembly, reverse the procedure.
- Lubricate shaft and hole properly
- Introduce the rotor on the shaft considering that the keying should never be forced but should occur only with
the thrust of the fastening screw
- In case of hardnesses check that everything is clean and that there are not burrs or dings, do not grind.
A ding or a fall CAUSE UNBALANCE even if they do not cause apparent deformations.
Vibrations beyond the admitted or allowed ones can help the collapse of the structure in time.
In this case the new balancing of the rotor is necessary. This operation can be carried out sending the rotor itself to
Moro S.r.l., informing the area retailer or directly calling before. Moro S.r.l. will repair it, if possible, or replace it.
If the buyer, or the person charged of it, decides to carry out the balancing operation in other centres different from
Moro S.r.l., the parameters detailed in the chapter 13 should be respected.
If the rotor has structural problems, such as cracks or wear, it is not possible to repair it, thus it should be scraped
and replaced.
In any case ask Moro S.r.l. technical service before carrying out operations different from the
above-mentioned.
