flush out bearing oil shipped in the sprayer. Use water to
flush water-base paint and mineral spirits to flush oil-base
paint and storage oil.

Initial operation

1. Perform Pressure Relief Procedure.
2. Turn pressure control to lowest pressure.
3. Turn power on.
4. Increase pressure 1/2 turn to start motor and allow
fluid to circulate through the bypass hose for 15 seconds;
then turn the pressure regulator back to the lowest value.
5. Turn prime valve forward to SPRAY position. Disenga-
ge trigger lock.
