Product too dry.

Probable Cause
TEmPERaTURE control knob set too high.
Unit connected to incorrect power supply.
Internal thermostat defective.
Unit not allowed enough time to preheat.
TEmPERaTURE control knob set too low.
Drawer(s) not closed completely.
Internal thermostat defective.
Drawer vent in open position.
TEmPERaTURE control knob set too high.
Drawer vent in closed position.
TEmPERaTURE control knob set too low.
Unit not plugged in.
Unit not turned on.
Circuit breaker tripped.
POWER ON/OFF (I/O) switch defective.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

ELECTRIC SHOCK HAzARD: Turn OFF power switch,
unplug power cord, and allow unit to cool before
performing any cleaning, adjustments, or maintenance.
Change the temperature to a lower setting.
Verify unit is plugged into proper plug supply.
Refer to the SPECIFICaTION section for details.
Contact an authorized Hatco Service agent or
Hatco for assistance.
allow unit 15–20 minutes to reach operating
temperature.
Change the temperature to a higher setting.
make sure all drawers are closed completely.
Contact an authorized Hatco Service agent or
Hatco for assistance.
move drawer vent to closed position.
Change the temperature to a lower setting.
move drawer vent to open position.
Change the temperature to a higher setting.
Plug unit into proper power supply.
move POWER ON/OFF (I/O) switch to the ON
position.
Reset circuit breaker.
Contact an authorized Hatco Service agent or
Hatco for assistance.
