TROUBLEShOOTING GUIDE
ELECTRIC ShOCK hAzARD: Turn OFF power switch,
unplug power cord, and allow unit to cool before
performing any cleaning, adjustments, or maintenance.
adjust Upper Heat control knob(s) to a lower setting.
Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Verify that voltage supply matches electrical information
listed on the unit.
adjust Upper Heat control knob(s) to a higher setting.
Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Relocate unit or redirect air movement (i.e. exhaust
fans/hoods, air conditioning ducts, or exterior doors)
away from unit.
adjust Base Heat control knob to a lower setting.
Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for
assistance.
