Maintenance
WARNING!
Before working on the device, disconnect the
mains cable from the socket.
Always wear protective gloves when working
on or around cutting tools.
• Regularly check the device before starting
work.
• Damaged blades have to be repaired or
replaced by an authorised service department
before you can work with the device.
• Clean the blades with a soft brush after
working with the device and spray a thin layer
of liquid protective oil on the whole blade.
• Always keep the ventilation holes in the
motor casing free and clean.
• Never use water to clen or spray the device.
Clean
the motor casing with a damp cloth and never
use detergents or solvents! This may
damage the device's plastic parts. Dry the
motor casing carefully afterwards.
• Always store the machine with the supplied
protective cover.
• Only use OEM parts for maintenance work.
Using parts other than original parts can cause
damage to the machine.
The user is responsible for all damages
caused by noncompliance with instructions in
this manual. This also applies to non-
authorized modifications of the tool, use of
non-authorized spare parts, accessories,
working tools, unrelated and not intended
use, secondary damages due to use of faulty
components.

for the terms and conditions of guarantee.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

_ Damaged switches must be replaced by our
after-sales service department.
_ If replacing the power cord is necessary,
it should be done by the manufacturer or
his agent to avoid a hazard.

product are subject to normal or natural wear
and that the following parts are therefore also
required for use as consumables.

STORAGE
_ Thoroughly clean the whole machine and its
accessories.
_ Store it out of the reach of children, in a
stable and secure position, in a cool and dry
place, avoid too high and too low
temperatures.
_ Protect it from exposure to direct sunlight.
Keep it in the dark, if possible.
_ Don't keep it in plastic bags to avoid humidity
build-up.
DISPOSAL
Should your machine need
replacement after extended use,
do not put it in the domestic
waste but dispose of it in an
environmentally safe way.
