VI. ENTRETIEN ET REVISION
Contrôler que les instruments de mesure et
de protection n'indiquent rien d'anormal.
PALIERS/LUBRIFICATION
Toutes les machines HMP sont normalement
équipées de 2 roulements à billes. Les roulements
sont graissés en usine avec de la graisse Lubcon
Sintono GPE 702.
Cette graisse ou une graisse de qualité similaire
devra être utilisée pour le regarnissage (vérifier la
miscibilité des 2 graisses).
La lubrification doit être effectuée pendant la
marche de la machine.
La correcte lubrification est assurée par le système
de graissage automatique fournì avec le moteur.

Après 20000h de fonctionnement (dans le respect
des paramètres mentionnés au catalogue général),
il faut procéder au remplacement du roulement. Se
reporter au paragraphe Démontage /remontage
pour instructions.
En service difficile, la température des paliers peut
atteindre 100°C. Une température anormalement
haute ou un bruit anormal indiquent une lubrifi-
cation insuffisante ou une usure importante du
roulement.
Il faut toutefois beaucoup d'expérience pour
pouvoir estimer l'usure d'un roulement à l'oreille.
INSPECTION ET NETTOYAGE
L'état de propreté de la machine et de ses alen-
tours a une importance primordiale pour la fiabilité
de fonctionnement. Il faudra prévenir l'accumula-
tion de poussière, d'huile et d'autres impuretés
produites par le fonctionnement des machines
elles-mêmes ou qui viennent de l'extérieur en
entrant par les fenêtres et les ouvertures de venti-
lation.
CONTRÔLES PÉRIODIQUES PRÉVENTIFS
L'étendue et la fréquence de ces contrôles dépend
du mode de service de la machine.
Il faudra souvent lors de la préparation d'un pro-
gramme de contrôle, tenir compte des conditions
spécifiques telles que le programme de travail de
la machine, le milieu ambiant, la propreté de l'air,
etc....Pour cela, on s'appuiera sur l'expérience
acquise en examinant la machines et ses acces-
soires, et en observant en particulier l'encrasse-
ment des filtres.

VI. MAINTENANCE
Check that all measuring and monitoring
instruments connected to the machine re-
gister the nominal values.
BEARINGS/LUBRICATION
All HMP machines in standard design are fitted
with two hybrid ceramic ball-bearings. Bearings
are charged with Lubcon Sintono GPE 702 grease
before leaving the workshop, and it is recom-
mended that the same or a similar quality of grease
be used when re-charging the bearings (Check the
miscibility of both greases).
Correct lubrication is guaranteed by the automatic
regreasing device suppied with motor.

After 20000 working hours (according to the
working conditions given in the technical catalog),
bearings have to replaced. Refer to chapter Disas-
sembly / Assembly of the motor for instructions.
It is possible to check the condition of the bea-
rings by one of the following methods. Touch the
bearing with the hand to ascertain whether it has
become unduly heated. Listen for any unusual
noise that may be emitted from the bearing. Mea-
sure the temperature.
The temperature of heavy-duty machines can be
up to 100°C . Unduly high temperature or unusual
noise is a sign to too little lubricant, or wear and
tear of the bearing. To be able to assess the condi-
tion, of the bearing by ear alone demands a great
deal of experience.
INSPECTION AND CLEANING
A decisive factor for operational reliability is the
cleanliness of the machine and of its surroundings.
Dust, oil and other impurities which are deposited
during operation, or have entered the locality
through open windows or ventilation openings,
should be removed at frequent intervals.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
This inspection may vary as regards extent and
frequency, all dependent upon the type of duty.
Local conditions such as the operating program of
the machine, the general environment, the pollution
content of the ambient air, etc..., can also be deci-
sive influences in the programming of inspections.
Another determining factor is the experience in
the operation of the machine and its accessories,
gained after a time by following the clogging of
air filters.
