Check the packaging and the
unit for transport damage. Do
not commission a damaged
unit.
The electrical connection and
work on the electrical equipment
may only be performed by a
qualified electrician. They are
trained in electrical engineering
and are aware of the risks and
consequences of an electric
shock.
Modifications and alterations to
the unit are not permitted and
release the manufacturer from
any guarantee and liability.
Never cover the unit while in
operation.
In the case of damage
Repairs, which are not
performed correctly, are
dangerous. Only electricians
may perform repairs and
replace connecting ducts. If the
unit is defective, switch off the
fuse in the fuse box and get
customer service involved.

WARNING
Danger of electric shock
Disconnect the unit, at all poles,
from the power supply before
removing the terminal box
cover. Position a visible warning
notice to avoid the unit being
accidentally switched back on.
Only operate the unit when
completely assembled and with
the voltage and frequency
shown on the rating plate.
The degree of protection stated
on the rating plate is only
guaranteed if installation is
undertaken correctly.
Only connect unit to
permanently wired electrical
installations with NYM-O or
NYM-J (3 x 1.5 mm²) cables.
Install a mains isolation device
with contact openings of at least
3 mm at each pole.
Humidity which penetrates the
unit can cause electric shock
and damage the unit. The
degree of protection can no
longer be guaranteed. Install
the connecting cables, with
the cable screw-connections
provided, correctly so that the
cable sheathing is completely
fitted.
