Thank you for purchasing the Petromax Convection Lid! With your new convection lid you can prepare
delicious meals by placing it over an Atago or the Dutch Oven (ft9 or smaller), and thus building up
heat for cooking. We are convinced that you will greatly enjoy your new Petromax Convection Lid and

Product description
You can use the Petromax Convection Lid as a convection oven or a smoker. For heat builds up and cir-
culates under the lid, you can cook, bake or smoke with it in a particularly even and energy-saving way.
Thanks to the coated inside and the close-meshed aramid fibres, heat can hardly escape: It makes baking,
smoking and cooking outdoors just as successful as in the oven at home.
