This manual contains safety and operating instructions. Read it carefully before using the device for the first time and
keep it in a safe place for future reference.
IDENTIFICATION
On the back of the machine appears the following information:
• Name and address of the manufacturer
• Model
• Serial number of the product
• Supply voltage
• Power of the product
The model, as well as the serial number of the product, must be mentioned whenever an intervention of technician is
necessary or for the request of spare parts.

GENERAL SAFETY NOTES

The machine is designed for a professional use. Its durability and reliability will be much more effective if it is correctly
used and regular maintenance is done.
Always read the instructions contained in this manual, they provide important information for safety.
RECOMMENDATIONS OF USE
This machine should be used only for the purpose for which it has been designed, heating ferrous materials. Any other
use not expressly provided in this manual is strictly forbidden, as improper and therefore dangerous. The machine is
semi-automatic and requires the presence of the operator.
The following recommendations should be strictly followed by users, in order to prevent risks of mate-
rial damage, or people injuries.
The operator has the personal responsibility to respect all the safety rules, not only for him, but also those who may be
exposed to the risks of the device. Before performing any operation with the device, carefully read this manual, as it
gives guidelines and procedures to operate the product correctly and safely.
• The use of the device must only be carried out by trained adult staff and in full compliance with local regulations and
the instructions contained in the manual.
• Strictly follow the signs and mandatory signs and hazard on the machine.
• Before any maintenance electrically isolate the device to prevent it to accidentally start.
• In case of damage of electrical cables, promptly replace them.
• Do not leave the product exposed to the weather (rain, wind, etc...).
• Do not leave the equipment unattended in the hands of children.
• Should you decide not to use the equipment, you will make it inoperative fulfilling to all practices relating to disposal
in accordance with law.
WARNINGS
Warning signs
• On the machine are placed warning signs and mandatory signs that the operator must follow for his personal safety
and security. Please refer to page 40 of this user manual to find the meaning of each pictogram which appears on the
product.
Fire or explosion hazard
• Do not overheat parts and adhesives.
• Watch for fire; keep fire extinguisher nearby.
• Do not place the unit on, over, or near inflammable surfaces.
• Do not use the product near inflammable substances.
• Do not operate unit in explosive environment.
• Keep aerosol cans and other pressurized containers away from induction heating equipment.
Induction heating can cause burns
• Hot parts and equipment can cause injuries.
• Do not touch hot parts with bare hands.
