Monter le dispositif de protection
Nach dem Probelauf und vor
der endgültigen Inbetriebnahme
Schutzkasten montieren (Fig. 9)!

Schutzkastenhälften von seitlich
über den Getriebebund schieben.

Auf jeder Seite unten an der
Grundplatte in M5-Gewinde mit
einer Flanschkopfschraube M5
und je seitlich am Anschlag mit
einer Flanschkopfschraube M4x6
befestigen.
Der Motor ragt durch eine dafür
vorgesehene Öffnung nach unten über
den Schutzkasten heraus.

Ggf. Abstände zwischen
Schutzkasten-Innenkante und
EQ 1/TR aus Gründen der
Funktionssicherheit vermitteln!
EQ 1/TR darf beim Auf- und Abwärtshub
nicht am Schutzkasten streifen!
Mount protective housing after test run
and before conclusive initial operation
(Fig. 9)!

From the side, slide the two parts
of the protective housing over the
gearbox.

Screw an M5 fl ange head screw
into the M5 thread on every side at
the bottom of the base plate and an
M4x6 fl ange head screw on every
side on the stops.
The motor juts out downward through
a special opening in the protective
housing.

If required, ensure that all distances
between the inner walls of the
protective housing and the EQ 1/
TR are the same to assure proper
functioning!
EQ 1/TR must not rub on protective
housing in its upward and downward
displacement!

Après le test d'essai et avant la mise en
service défi nitive, monter le carter de
protection (Fig. 9) !

Pousser les demis carter de
protection latéralement sur le bord
du réducteur.

Fixer de chaque côté en dessous
sur le socle dans le fi letage M5
avec une vis à tête à bride M5 et sur
chaque côté de la butée avec une
vis à tête à bride M4x6.
Le moteur dépasse en dessous par
l'ouverture prévue à cet effet et arrive au
dessus du carter de protection.

Veiller à ce que les intervalles entre
la surface intérieure du carter de
protection et l'EQ 1/TR soient
partout les mêmes pour des raisons
de sécurité de fonctionnement.
L'EQ 1/TR ne doit pas toucher le carter
de protection pendant les mouvements
de va-et-vient !
