Auspuffblende mit Umrandung
MONTAGEANLEITUNG

Reinigungstücher sind leicht entflammbar - deshalb
nicht rauchen!!

Den Primer-Stix ‚knacken' und leicht drücken,
damit der Primer die Faserspitze befeuchtet. Die
Klebefläche der Umrandung mit dem Primer
bestreichen und ca. 20 Minuten ablüften lassen
(Bild 3.a.).
4.
Den Kleber auf den geprimerten Flächen der
Umrandung so auftragen, dass ca. 5 mm Abstand
vom Rand eingehalten wird (Bild 3.b.).
5.
Die Umrandung auf die markierte Stelle
a u f d r ü c k e n u n d e vt l. a n d e n R ä n d e r n
ausgetretenen Kleber sofort mit techn. Benzin
entfernen. Die Umrandung in der endgültigen
Position mit Klebeband fixieren (Bild 4.a.).

Je nach Motorisierung (Bild 4.) das einzelne oder
beide original Auspuff-Endrohr(e) entsprechend
den angegebenen Maßen ‚S' (ein Endrohr: 220 mm;
zwei Endrohre: 50 mm) abs
ägen und entgraten
(Bild 4.b.). Zur Montage der Milotec-Auspuffblende
d i e d e r M o t o r i s i e r u n g e n t s p r e c h e n d e n
Distanzhülsen benutzen (siehe Tabelle in Bild 5.).
7.
Die Milotec-Auspuffblende aufstecken, im
Ausschnitt gerade ausrichten und unter Beachtung
der Maße ‚W' (ein Endrohr: 185 mm; zwei Endrohre:
15 mm) mit dem angegebenen Drehmoment
festziehen (Bild 6.).
Wichtig:
Während der Trockenzeit darf das
Fahrzeug nicht direkter Sonneneinwirkung
ausgesetzt werden! Den Fahrbetrieb erst wieder
nach 6 Stunden aufnehmen. Vor Ablauf von 24
Stunden darf keine Waschanlage benutzt werden.

Trubičku s primerem zlomte a lehce stlačte tak,
aby se nasál její porézní knot. Lepené plochy
plastové
ho
dílů pak trubičkou s nasáklým knotem
natřete a nechte zhruba 20 minut zavadnout (obr.
3a).
4.
Na naprimerované plochy naneste lepidlo,
dodržte přitom vzdálenost cca. 5 mm od okraje dílu
(obr. 3b).
5.
Díl s lepidlem usaďte na své místo a lehce
přitlačte. Případné přebytečné vytlačené lepidlo
ihned odstraňte technickým benzinem. Konečnou
polohu dílu zafixujte lepící páskou a lepidlo nechte
vytvrdnout (obr.4a).
6.
Dle dole uvedených údajů (viz. obr. 4) uřízněte
konec (nebo dvojitý konec) výfuku na příslušnou
hodnotu rozměru "S" (jeden konec: 220 mm, dvojitý
konec: 50 mm), řez pak pilníkem začistěte a zbavte
případných otřepů (obr.4b). Pokračujte přípravou
vlastní koncovky a příslušných distančních kroužků
správné tloušťky (viz.tabulka v obr.5).
7.
Koncovku výfuku nasaďte, dbejte přitom
předepsané hodnoty rozměru "W" (jeden konec:
185 mm, dvojitý konec: 15 mm) a dotáhněte
příslušným utahovacím momentem (viz.obr.6).
Důležité:
Po dobu schnutí lepidla nesmí být díly
vystaveny přímému slunečnímu svitu. Opětovné
uvedení vozidla do provozu je možné po 6-ti
hodinách od dokončení montáže. Po dobu 24 hodin
by neměla být používána myčka.

'Crack' the Primer-Stix and press it slightly, so that
the primer moistens the fiber tip. Apply the primer to
the adhesive surfaces of the edge and let it dry for
approx. 20 minutes (fig. 3.a.).
4.
Apply the adhesive on the primed surfaces of the
edge so that approx. 5 mms of distance are kept by
the border (fig. 3.b.).
5.
The edge on the marked places impress. Please
remove surplus adhesive immediately with techn.
gas. Fix the edge in the finally position with adhesive
tape (fig. 4.a.).
6.
According to motorization (fig. 4.) the separate or
both original exhaust final tube(s) according to the
indicated masses ,S' (one final tube: 220 mms; two
final tubes: 50 mms) saw off and deburr (fig. 4.b.). To
the assembly of the Milotec-exhaust screen the
distance cases appropriate to the motorization use
(see table in fig. 5.).

The Milotec-exhaust screen give up, just align in
the cut of the bumper and taking into account the
masses ,W' (one final tube: 185 mms; two final
tubes: 15 mms) with the indicated torque tighten (fig.
6.).
Important:
Do not expose the car to direct sunlight
while it is drying. The vehicle is ready for driving after
6 hours only. The vehicle can be driven through a
carwash after 24 hours.

‚Rompre' le Primer-Stix et exercer une l
pression afin que le primaire puisse humecter la
pointe à fibres. Appliquer du primaire sur les
surfaces de collage de
bordure et laisser aérer
pendant env. 20 minutes (fig. 3.a.).
4.
Appliquer une couche de colle
sur les surfaces
traitées au primaire de façon à respecter une
distance d'env.
5 mm avec le bord extérieur (fig.
3.b.).
5.
Presser le burdure sur les surlignés (prévus)
mettent et enlever immédiatement d'éventuelles
quantités de colle excéden
taires avec de l'essence
à nettoyer.
Fixer
les pièces dans la position
définitive avec un ruban adhésif (fig. 4.a.).
6.
Selon la motorisation (fig. 4.) le séparé ou les
deux original l'échappement le(s) tube(es) final
(finaux) conformément aux masses données ,S' (un
tube final : 220 mms; deux tubes finaux : 50 mms)
scient et lisser (l'image 4.b.). Au montage du
Milotec-enjoliveur d'échappement
les enveloppes
de distance correspondantes à la motorisation
utilis
ent (cf. le tableau dans fig. 5.).
7.
Le Milotec-enjoliveur d'échappement fixent, dans
la coupure de bouclier justement transmettent et
tenant compte de la masse ‚W' (un tube final: 185
mms; deux tubes finaux: 15 mms) avec le couple de
rotation donné serrent (fig. 6.).
Important:
Pendant la période
de séchage, le
véhicule ne doit pas être directement exposé aux
rayons solaires. La conduite ne peut être reprise
qu'au bout de six heures. Le car-wash est de
nouveau possible au bout de 24 heures.
