MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Lieferumfang:
1x Milotec-Auspuffblende (Edelstahl)
4x Distanzhülse (2x 2,5 mm + 2x 1 mm bei 53101)
3x Distanzhülse
(1x 4 mm + 1x 2,5 mm + 1x 1,5 mm bei 53201)
1x Umrandung aus ABS silber matt
1x Schablone für Stossfänger-Ausschnitt
1x Isopropanol-Reinigungstuch

Hinweis: Die Montage in einer Fachwerkstatt wird
empfohlen!
Wichtig: Vor der Montage die transparente
Oberflächen-Schutzfolie unbedingt von der ABS-
Umrandung entfernen!
Hinweis: Bei evtl. Lackierung der Umrandung bitte
unbedingt den beiliegenden Lackierhinweis
beachten! Vor dem Lackieren eine Probemontage
durchführen. Die Klebeflächen auf der Rückseite
müssen frei von Lackiernebel bleiben (abkleben).
Die Montage muss in einem trockenen und gut
belüf tet en Ra um bei minde ste ns +20° C
Raumtemperatur durchgeführt werden. Bei der
Montage direkte Sonneneinwirkung vermeiden,
sowie nicht essen und trinken.
1. Die ausgeschnittene Schablone gemäß Bild 1.a.
mit dem unteren Rand des Stossfängers
abschliessend auflegen und die Konturen auf dem
Stossfänger anzeichnen (Bild 1.b.). Den
Stossfänger entlang der Markierung ausschneiden
und entgraten.
2. Die vorgesehene Klebefläche am Fahrzeug
sorgfältig säubern und ebenso wie die Klebefläche
der Umrandung mit dem Reinigungstuch entfetten -
dabei die Oberflächen bitte nur in einer Richtung
bearbeiten (Bild 2.a., b.).

Upozornění : Montáž doporučujeme svěřit
odbornému servisu.
Důlěžité: Před montáží nebo lakováním odstraňte z
vnější strany plastového výlisku ochrannou fólii.
Upozornění: V případě lakování plastového výlisku
dbejte přiloženého návodu pro lakování. Před
lakováním dílu proveďte zkoušku usazení dílu
nanečisto. Plochy plastového dílu k lepení (na zadní
straně) nesmí být přelakovány. Nejlépe je tyto
zalepit páskou. Montáž provádějte v suchém a
větratelném prostředí při teplotě min. +20°C. Lepení
neprovádějte na sluníčku. Při montáži nejezte ani
nepijte.
1. Vystřiženou šablonu dle obr. 1a přiložte k
nárazníku (šablona musí lícovat se spodním
okrajem nárazníku) a obkreslete její obrys (obr.1b).
Dle obkresleného tvaru vyřízněte otvor, řez pak
začistěte a zbavte otřepů.
2. Plochy pro lepení musí být suché a zbavené
nečistot (jak plochy lepeného dílu, tak plochy vozu),
t yt o je tř eb a d á le od ma st it př ilož e ným
odmašťovacím ubrouskem - povrch jím utírejte jen v
jednom směru (obr.2a, b).
Pozor: Odmašťovací ubrousek je napuštěn
isopropanolem který je vysoce hořlavý, proto při
montáži nekuřte!

The pack contains:

Note: The assembly in a specialized workshop is
recommended!
Important: Strictly observe to remove the
transparent protective surface foil from the ABS
parts before assembly!
Note: If the edge will be painted, please pay
attention to the enclosed painting instructions!
Before the painting execute a test assembly. The
adhesive surfaces on backside must freely remain
from painting. The assembly must be performed in a
dry and well ventilated room at a room temperature
of at least + 20°C. With the assembly avoid direct
sun effect, as well as not food and drink.
1. Hang up the low-cut template like fig. 1.a. with the
lower border of the bumper in conclusion and mark
the outlines on the bumper (fig. 1.b.). Cut out the
bumper along the mark and deburr.
2. The intended adhesive surfaces in the vehicle first
carefully clean and degrease just as the adhesive
surface of the edge with the cleaning tissue -
besides, the surfaces please, only in one direction
treat (fig. 2.a, b.).
Caution: Isopropanole cleaning tissues are highly
flammable - this is why it is not allowed to smoke!!

Note: Le montage dans un atelier spécialisé est
recommandé!
Important : Avant le montage, veiller absolument
retirer la feuille de protection transparente de
bordure en ABS!
Note: Au vernissage éventuellement de la bordure

1. Le modèle découpé raccrochent selon fig. 1.a.
avec le bord inférieur du bouclier finalement et les
contours sur le bouclier surlingnent (fig. 1.b.). Le
bouclier découpent le long du surlignage et lisser.
2. Les surfaces collantes prévues au véhicule
d'abord avec soin nettoient et dégraissent ainsi que
les surfaces collantes de bordure avec le chiffon de
nettoyage - avec cela les surfaces, s'il vous plaît,
seulement dans une direction travaillent (fig. 2.a,
b.).
Attention: Les chiffons imprégnés d'isopropanol
sont facilement inflammables - donc ne jamais
fumer!!
