MONTAGEANLEITUNG

Hinweis: Die Montage in einer Fachwerkstatt wird empfohlen!
Wichtig: Vor der Montage bzw. Lackierung die transparente
Oberflächen-Schutzfolie unbedingt von den ABS-Teilen
entfernen!
Hinweis: Sofern der Rahmen lackiert werden soll, bitte
unbedingt den beiliegenden Lackierhinweis beachten! Vor dem
Lackieren das Streckgitter ausbauen.
1. Zum Ausbau des Original-Kunststoffgitters ist es notwendig,
den kompletten Stossfänger zu demontieren. Dazu das
Fahrzeug vorne hochheben, die Vorderräder abmontieren und
die vorderen Innenkotflügel ausbauen (Bild 1.a.): 17
Schrauben Torx-25 entfernen, Innenkotflügel herausnehmen
(Bild 1.b.), dann 2 Schrauben Torx-25 innen zwischen
Stossfänger und Kotflügel entfernen (Bild 1.c.). Die gleichen
Schritte auf der anderen Fahrzeugseite wiederholen.
2. Die beiden Original-Lufteinlässe links und rechts aus dem
Stossfänger ausbauen. Sofern das Fahrzeug mit
Nebelscheinwerfern ausgerüstet ist, diese ebenfalls ausbauen
(2 Schrauben Torx-25, Bild 2.a.,b.) und die Kabel abziehen.
3. Vier unten angebrachte Spreiznieten gemäß Bild 3.a. und b.
entfernen und die beiden äusseren Torx-25 Schrauben lösen
(Bild 3.c.). Den je nach Fahrzeug-Ausstattung vorhandenen
Aussentemperatursensor ebenfalls lösen.
4. Beide Spreiznieten und die beiden äusseren Torx-25
Schrauben am Kühlergrill oben gemäß Bild 4.a, b. und c.
entfernen
5. Jetzt den Stossfänger vorsichtig nach vorne herausziehen
und auf eine entsprechende Unterlage ablegen, damit der Lack
nicht verkratzt wird. Dann den Aufprallschutz herausnehmen
(Bild 5.a.) und das Original-Gitter entfernen (Bild 5.b.). Den
Aufprallschutz wieder einsetzen und den Stossf änger in der
umgekehrten Reihenfolge am Fahrzeug montieren.
6. Zuletzt das Milotec-Sportgitter in die Öffnung des
Stossfängers einclipsen und den festen Sitz abschliessend
überprüfen.
Hinweis: Der Typaufkleber muss an der in den technischen
Unterlagen benannten Stelle angebracht werden.

Sportovní mřížka nárazníku
MONTÁŽNÍ NÁVOD
Obsah balení:
1x sportovní mřížka nárazníku
(rám z ABS s mřížkou z tahokovu)
1x návod pro lakování
1x montážní návod
Poznámka: Montáž doporučujeme svěřit odbornému
servisu.
Důležité: Před montáží popř. lakováním mřížky odstraňte z
vnější strany plast. výlisku ochrannou fólii.
Poznámka: Při lakování dodržujte návod k lakování. Před
lakováním demontujte tahokovovou mřížku.
1. Pro demontáž originální plastové mřížky bude zapotřebí
vyjmout celý nárazník vozu ven. Začněte proto demontáží
plastové výplně blatníku - nejprve demontujte kolo (obr. 1a) a
poté demontujte celkem 17 orig. šroubů s hlavou Torx 25.
Vlastní plastovou výplň blatníku pak vyjměte (obr. 1b) a
demontujte 2 originální šrouby Torx 25 nárazníku zevnitř
blatníku (obr. 1c).
2. Odstraňte boční originální plastovou mřížku nárazníku
(obr. 2a) a má-li vozidlo mlhová světla, demontujte je 2 šrouby
Torx 25, odpojte a vyjměte ven (obr. 2b).
Zespod nárazníku vyjměte celkem čtyři plastové

upevňovací členy (nejprve nýtek, poté celý člen viz. obr.
3a+b). Dle obr. 3c demontujte 2 šrouby Torx 25. Na levé
straně vozu (ve směru jízdy) případně demontujte senzor
vnější teploty.
4. Dle obr. 4a+b nyní vyjměte dva vrchní plastové upevňovací
členy (nejprve opět nýtek, poté celý člen) a demontujte dva
šrouby s hlavou Torx 25 (viz.obr. 4c).
5. Opatrně vyjměte celý nárazník ven a položte jej na
vhodnou podložku (pozor na poškození laku). Vyjměte
plastovou výztuhu nárazníku (obr. 5a) a poté vlastní originální
mřížku (obr. 5b). Plastovou výztuhu vraťte na své místo a
opačným postupem veškeré demontované díly namontujte
nazpět.
6. Nyní jen zbývá usadit sportovní mřížku Milotec do otvoru v
nárazníku, pečlivě po celém obvodu domáčknout a
zkontrolovat její dostatečné upevnění (obr.6).

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Note: The assembly in a specialized workshop is
recommended!
Important: Strictly observe to remove the transparent
protective surface foil from the ABS parts before assembly!
Note: Provided that the frame should be painted, please pay
attention to the enclosed painting instructions! Before the
painting develope the metal rib mesh.
1. In order to detach the original plastic grill it is necessary to
detach the complete bumper. For this purpose lift the front of
the vehicle, detach the front tires and detach the front wheel-
arch inner panels (fig. 1.a.): Remove 17 Torx-25 screws, take
the wheel-arch inner panel out (fig. 1.b.), then remove 2 Torx-
25 screws on the inside between bumper and fender (fig.
1.c.). Repeat the same steps on the other side of the vehicle.
2. Detach both original air inlets on the left and right from the
bumper. If the vehicle is equipped with fog lamps, detach
them (2 Torx-25 screws, fig. 2.a.,b.) and plug off the cables.
3. Remove four body-bound rivets according to fig. 3.a. and b.
and loosen both outer Torx-25 screws (fig. 3.c.). If the vehicle
is equipped with an outer temperature sensor, loosen it.
4. Remove both body-bound rivets and both outer Torx-25
screws on the top front grill according to fig. 4. a, b and c.
5. Now pull out the bumper carefully towards the front and lay
it down on an appropriate surface so that the paint does not
scratch. Then take out the impact protection (fig. 5.a.) and the
original grill (fig. 5.b.). Attach the impact protection again and
attach the bumper to the vehicle in reverse order.
6. Finally, clip the Milotec sports grill into the opening of the
bumper and check firm seat.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE

Note: Le montage dans un atelier spécialisé est
recommandé!
Important : Avant le montage, veiller absolument
feuille de protection transparente des pièces en ABS!
Si le cadre doit être
Note: vernisser, font attention, s'il vous
plaît, absolument au l'instructions de vernissage ci-joint!
Devant le vernissage élargissent la grille métallique.
1. Pour démonter la grille plastique d'origine, il faut démonter
le pare-choc entier. A cet effet, soulever le bout avant du
véhicule, démonter l es roues avant et les ailes intérieures
avant (fig. 1.a.) : Desserrer 17 vis Torx-25, retirer l'aile
intérieure (fig. 1.b.), puis desserrer les deux vis Torx-25 se
trouvant entre le pare-choc et l'aile (fig. 1.c.). Réaliser la
même opération sur l'autre cô té du véhicule.

gauche et à droite. Si le véhicule est équipé de phares anti-
brouillard, les démonter également (2 vis Torx-25, fig. 2.a.,
et déconnecter les câbles.

3.c.). Le cas échéant, desserrer également le capteur de
température extérieure si le véhicule en est équipé.

extérieures se trouvant en haut sur la grille du radiateur, selon
les fig. 4.a, b. et c.
5. Retirer alors le pare-chocs en le tirant prudemment vers
l'avant et le déposer sur un support approprié pour éviter des
éraflures à la surface Puis retirer la protection contre l'
(fig. 5.a.) et la grille d'origine (fig. 5.b.). Remonter la protection
contre l'impact et monter le pare-chocs dans l'ordre inverse
sur le véhicule.
6. Finalement placer la grille de sport Milotec dans l'ouverture
du pare-chocs en enclenchant les nez et puis vérifier son bon
positionnement.
