Three CFT/5kN are connected with the summing box. The sensor sensitivities
are each 7.8 pC/N.
The sensitivity of the parallel connection is also 7.8 pC/N. The maximum out-
put charge is 117,000 pC at 15 kN. Please note that the force distribution is
not always uniform.
The summing box is potted with a special plastic that possesses the long-term
high insulation resistance necessary for piezoelectric measurement techno-
logy. The potting must therefore not be damaged in any way or removed.
