Recommended separation distances between portable and mobile RF communication systems and this camera
This camera is intended for use in an electromagnetic environment in which the RF interference produced is controlled. The user
of this camera can help avoid electromagnetic interference by maintaining a minimum distance between the portable and mobile
RF communication systems (transmitters) and this camera, as recommended below, based on the maximum output strength of the
communication equipment.

For transmitters for which the maximum output strength is not shown in the table above, the
recommended separation distance d, in metres (m) can be determined by using the equation
applicable to the frequency of the transmitter, where P is the maximum output strength of the
transmitter in Watts (W) assigned by the manufacturer of the transmitter.
NOTE 1 : at 80 MHz and 800 MHz, the separation distance given in the higher frequency band
applies.
NOTE 2 : these recommendations may not be applicable in all situations. The propagation of
electromagnetic waves is modified by absorption and reflection due to structures, objects and
people.
