5- Operating instructions
1.
Mount the holding vice and tighten it well, while ensuring the machine guide is parallel with the tube to be
threaded (figure 1). The vice slider must protrude by about 1 or 1.5 cm from the end of the tube.
2.
Select the appropriate threading head; mount it in the machine's octagonal slot. Insert the threading head
by the front of the machine.
3.
Then insert the machine into the tube while using the holding vice's slider to ensure it is guided properly
in its guide. Check the vice is far enough to produce the entire threading. (figure 2).
4.
Ensure the rotation direction selection lever (7) is in the right position. Push the power switch (8) with your
right hand. The circular movement starts immediately. It is time to approach the head to the tube to start
threading by pressing the head to initiate threading.
As soon as threading starts, lubricate the head permanently and thoroughly with Virax threading oil
(figure 3).
5.
Stop the motor once the appropriate threading length reached (in a normal threading, the threading head
tube must never protrude) (figure 4). Change the position of the movement reversing lever and press the
motor switch. The machine starts unscrewing the head and the tube is released (figure 5).
