guarantee covers your Powerpack/
iPowerpack battery against any fault, apart
from: natural wear and tear, immersion in a
liquid and damage following an impact*.
Your SerenityFeel extended guarantee for
new Powerpack/iPowerpack batteries is for
an extra one or two years. This means your
total guarantee lasts for three or four years.
You can register for this extended guarantee
up to 30 days following your purchase. You
must have purchased the whole bike or the
battery from an approved O2Feel reseller.
You must provide their name when you set
up the service. You can only take out the
contract online on the website

The SerenityFeel contract is linked to the
battery, so the guarantee can be transferred
to a new owner while the contract is valid.
