FAULT FINDING

Problem
Rasping sound during use
It does not operate
The music does not play
correctly
The sound is echoed when
you press the music key.

If the above solutions do not solve the problem, switch the chair off and unplug it from the wall socket, then get in

MAINTENANCE
Unplug the chair from the mains supply before performing any cleaning or maintenance tasks.
