Cleaning, Measures after use, Testing/Repair, Replacement cable, Dismantling / Disposal
Cleaning after each operation
Clean the pump by flushing an appropriate detergent
First pump the cleaning agent in circuit, then rinse with
clean detergent.
Do not use flammable liquids to clean the pump.
The pump and hose must be compatible with
the cleaning agent.
The pump should not be immersed deeper into
the cleaning agent than the outlet connection.
Measures after use
Empty pump, hose and fittings after every use.
Drain hand nozzle after use. Otherwise liquid being
contained within the outlet tube will flow out without control.
Testing / Repair
Regularly check the pump according to the relevant
national safety instructions and/or rules for prevention
of accidents (in the Federal Republic of Germany
these are e.g. BGV A3).
Repairs should only be carried out by the manufacturer
or an authorized repair shop.
Replacement of power supply cable
When replacing the power supply cable,
use type H05 RN-F 2X 0,75.
Dismantling and Disposal
Pump, hose and fittings must be emptied prior to dismantling.
Collect environmentally harmful substances and liquids in
appropriate containers and dispose of them in an environmen-
tally sound manner.
Dispose of scrap material and parts that cannot be repaired or
reused in an environmentally sound manner.
