Safety Instructions

We recommend you to have the Screen Lift installed by an expert
because the installation requires a considerable degree of skill. Loewe
will accept no liability for damages caused by improper installation.
When installing the Screen Lift, please observe the instructions
contained in this guide. Also read and observe the safety instructions
in your TV User Guide.
The floor and ceiling on which the Screen Lift is to be installed must
be level and horizontal. The floor and ceiling must be such that they
offer a sufficiently stable hold. Consult a building surveyor if you are
not sure.
Make sure that there are no pipes or cables running below the points
where the holes are to be drilled.
The Screen Lift may only be installed in buildings.
Lay the connecting leads so that no-one can trip over them.
Install the Screen Lift so that it cannot be dangerous to children at
play.
Do not place or hang any vases filled with water, lit candles etc. on or
next to your equipment. The unit must be protected against dripping
and splashing water.
The range of rotation of your screen must be free from obstructions.
Only TV sets from Loewe may be mounted on the Screen Lift.
At least two people are required for the installation.
