Insert the rotary cutter into the cutting cart's clamp, ap-
plying pressure. Next, tighten the clamp with the side
screw and move the bolt on the handle downwards.

Guide the cart along with rotary cutter into the middle of
the frame, gently pull upwards and insert the cutter into
the cutting slot.
