Material damage due to unsuitable ambient condi-
tions
Unsuitable ambient conditions can result in device
damage (e.g. due to decreasing capacity of the device).
• Pay attention to the local ambient conditions for safe
operation of the device.
• Only operate the device if the grid data agrees with the
grid data on the rating plate.
• Only use the device outdoors if it is safeguarded via a
suitable residual current device.
• Prevent water from penetrating into the device, water
ingress increases the risk of electric shock.
• Do not use the device in explosive areas in which
combustible fluids, gases or dusts are present - danger of
explosion and fire!
• To prevent overload and thus to prevent device damage,
do not cover the device.
