6.7.2 Dehumidification enabling signal
from water probe
Enabling of the dehumidification function is tied
to the water temperature. The related enabling
logic is described below:

6.8 AIR IONISATION

The air ionisation function takes place by means
of the activation of the JONIX ioniser located in-
side the unit.
Set the configuration parameter C9 as "JONIX"
to indicate the presence of JONIX (activation/
deactivation of the device takes place through
the relay of the configurable output O7), and
the adjustment parameter R31 to indicate the
desired operating mode.
The following are the selectable operating
modes:
Ū Operation only with fan on;
Ū Operation with fan on and for 60 seconds af-
ter the fan stops;
Ū Manual activation.
Operation only with fan on:

6.9 ALARMS

The alarms managed by the controller and indi-
cated on the display are as follows:
Ū Air probe alarm
Ū Water probe alarm
Ū Humidity probe alarm
Ū Minor alarm from ID (caused by closing the
ID4 input)
Ū Serious alarm from ID (caused by closing the
ID5 input)
Ū PLC connection alarm (caused by loss of the
connection of the display to the board)

If enabling conditions do not exist, the dehu-
midification function will be temporarily inhib-
ited. The same will occur in the event that the
probe is disconnected.

Once the target level of humidity is
reached or the controller is switched OFF, de-
humidification will be disabled.
this control logic gives preference to sanitising
only the air drawn in by the fan coil unit.
Operation with fan on and for 60 seconds af-
ter the fan stops:
this control logic makes it possible to take ad-
vantage of Jonix's sanitising power not only in
relation to the air drawn in by the fan coil unit,
but also to sanitise the elements making up the
fan coil (coil, condensate drip tray, walls, out-
let grid); it is possible to set the duration of the
post-ventilation time by means of the R32 ad-
justment parameter.
Manual operation:
by pressing the key in the USER MENU it is pos-
sible to activate the ioniser device for a time set
with parameter R33 (default 5 min.).
