PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
Before all maintenance tasks on the
stapler always first disconnect it from
the air supply.
7.1 CLEANING THE STAPLER
This stapler does not require special servicing. It only
needs regular cleaning with a non-aggressive (non-
corrosive) cleaner agent. Do not remove any parts for
cleaning purposes!
Check the proper functioning of all safety
devices daily. Make especially sure that:
–
the trigger works smoothly,
–
all screws and nuts are securely tightened.
–
the stapler is regularly lubricated (refer to chapter
5.2).
7.2 REMOVING JAMMED STAPLES
– Generally you do not have to disassemble any
parts to clear jamming in the nozzle plate. Draw the
locking device forwards (Fig. 10) until the nozzle
plate is opened. Catch the staple with a flat pliers
and remove it carefully. Put the latch in its point of
