Operating Instructions
1. Make sure the power switch is turned off before connecting the plug to a grounded
wall socket.
2. Place the RotoFlex Plus on a level, horizontal and secure surface.
3. Select the rotisserie required for your application (see page 4) for rotisserie
installation.
4. Insert power supply pin into the jack located on the base of the leg that houses the
digital display. Insert the UL approved power cord into the grounded wall socket
using the proper adapter supplied with the RotoFlex Plus.
5. Load the tubes and adjust the rotisserie to the desired angle. Be sure to distribute
tubes evenly to achieve a smooth rotating motion.
6. Start the rotator by pushing down the power switch located on the leg opposite the
power supply jack.
7. Rotational Mode:
a. Push the "mode" key to select the rotational mode. The digital display will be
activated and register 10 rpm initially.
b. By using the up and down arrow keys located below the digital display, you can
adjust the speed of the RotoFlex between 10-40 rpm.
c. The digital LED display will show the last speed setting when in rotational mode.
