Intended use

The unit is designed to measure the basal body temperature of women
of child-bearing age and to determine the infertile, fertile and highly
fertile phases in a woman's cycle. It is equipped with electronic circuit-
ry for detecting, conditioning and evaluating basal body temperature,
start of cycle and optionally LH hormone or cervical mucus input.
The maximum temperature determined using the sensor is automat-
ically stored. The minicomputer in the unit calculates the fertile and
infertile days from the acquired data. The respective phase within the
cycle is displayed in the display.
