CLEANING
Always pull the plug from the electric socket first and wait until the oil
has cooled off completely before you start cleaning.
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents. Never use sharp objects to remove dirt.
Pour the oil out of the reservoir and clean the inside with kitchen paper. Use a damp
cloth for the outside of the appliance. Dispose of the waste oil at a waste disposal unit
for oil.
The oil reservoir, the lid and the basket can be cleaned
in warm water with washing up liquid, or washed in
a dishwasher. Thoroughly dry the parts. The outside
casing should only be cleaned with a cloth.
Never immerse the control panel in water.
Assemble the appliance after cleaning. Make sure that
the control panel is correctly placed; otherwise your
appliance will not work.
Make sure that no water can get into the oil reservoir
or is present on the lid before you fill the appliance with oil. The best position fort
drying is shown in the attached image.
