Checking the safety equipment

Checking the internal safety system
The internal safety system checks the opening of the door and goods issue
flaps. When the system is open, the carousel cannot be rotated.
Trigger the start command with a goods issue flap or the guard door

open. The drive is not supposed to start up in this state.

Subsequent relocation of the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system

To switch off the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system
see the 7.3 "Switching off the system" section on page 114.
Restarting the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system
Open the emergency access door.

Connect the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system to the mains using the

country­specific plug.
When a voltage supply is applied to the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system, the
computer and control unit start up automatically.
Close the emergency access door – the carousel is referenced
„
automatically.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage to property due to moving the system of your own
accord!
If you move the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system of your own accord,
you can cause damage to property.
The Tool24 PickOne goods issue system is only allowed to be moved by
authorized personnel when it is empty and with the emergency access
door closed.
