Moving parts of the squeezing device must be cleaned of any dirt or sand after
The manufacturer recommends the use of Molykote Longterm W2 or G-421 according to TL 9150–0075
as lubricant.
In case of infrequent use, the hydraulic cylinders must be fully pumped and retracted again every 6
months.
Refilling the hydraulic oil:
Please make sure that there is no sand or similar material within the hydraulic cylinder. Contamination of
the hydraulic may damage the seals and thus lead to loss of function
-Always keep the squeezing device in a vertical position; not horizontal.
-Remove the rubber stopper.
-Only fill hydraulic oil to just below the level of the hole in the rubber stopper.
-Mount the rubber stopper again.
The manufacturer recommends the following types of hydraulic oils: HL 15 -Hl 22 DIN 51524 (ISO VG
15-22) e.g. Shell-Tellus C 15, Shell-Tellus C 22 or Mobil DTE 13.Or hydraulic oil H-540 according to
TL 9150-0035 or Aero Shell Fluid 71.

Disposal
Parts of the unit are recyclable materials and can be recycled. For this purpose, contact registered and
certified recycling companies. The environmentally sound disposal of non-recyclable parts (e.g.
electronic waste) is carried out by your local waste disposal authority.
